Xertilox was founded by Emma Debroye after years of frustration with outdated and inefficient vetting processes as an IT consultant. Emma and her colleagues routinely faced the challenge of emailing personal documents, only to watch them circulate through unsecured email chains, shared folders, Slack channels, or unprotected “K” drives—exposing sensitive information to unnecessary risks even before the vetting process began.
At the same time, projects stood ready, businesses urgently needed skilled resources, and candidates were eager to get to work. Yet third-party vetting checks and document verification could drag on for six to eight weeks, bogged down by manual processes and inefficiencies.
Emma knew there had to be a better way.
With a vision to deliver real-time, secure, and seamless document verification & vetting, she founded Xertilox—a company dedicated to transforming identity management and empowering businesses to operate with speed, confidence, and trust.
